IHP is an outreach service providing affordable transitional accommodation to families who are vulnerable, disadvantaged, homeless or those at risk of disadvantage and homelessness.
The accommodation varies but includes 1 bedroom units through to 3 bedroom properties. The Service supports couples and families with children, and diversity of extended families.
The Service provides:
- Transitional accommodation (up to 12 months)
- Assessment and information.
- Advocacy, referral, social and living skills
- Outreach support for developing skills and finding services when living independently
IHP Families Shoalhaven is funded under the NSW Government's SHS Services provisions.
