Wollongong
A Board of Studies Approved Alternative Education Program for young people aged 13 to 17 years in SYFS who are currently not enrolled in mainstream schooling and have barriers to re-engaging in education or training. RE-LINK provides a flexible Learning Program for up to 26 weeks while re-connecting to mainstream schooling or alternative options.
The Service provides:
- flexible and tailored education programs
- access to flexible accredited training
- life skills training
- assistance to connect to mainstream schools
- personal development, including building self-esteem and resilience
- assistance in building positive relationships with family and the community
- skills to assist young people to achieve their goals
- assistance in building positive relationships the community
The RE-LINK Program is a self funded Program of Southern Youth and Family Services
